Day 84: Generate joint-stored Qi. Today we will look at the connection of the opening of the joints to create the opportunity for Qi to be stored within the spaces. When the storage in the joints is full, then the bones begin to store the Qi. You can see where this is going! The last week we have focused from toe to head, and we will continue with a connection of White Stork Spreads Wings to connect Heaven and Earth and motivate storage of the Qi in the Lower Dan Tien.
