Using an online forum through zoom, we are exploring the brain-body connection through simple and powerful actions with music to create the opportunity for building energy and vitality.

If you don’t already own the Set 1 Book: My Little Black Book of Qi: Qi YINtegration Set 1, please be sure to purchase the ebook and videos from the store at www.dancedebut.com. This will provide you with more information and background to the exercises we will be sharing in the Set 10 program.
Do you need to have taken Qi YIN before? No, if you do the background reading from Set 1 and follow those videos, that will get you started.
What if the time doesn’t work for you or you miss a class? We will be recording the important parts of the discussion and video footage will be shared for the movement patterns. Working online provides us with so many wonderful opportunities to learn and grow.
