Centering!

I am gifted with incredible friends, family and colleagues who entertain my passion for wellness through movement. Extensive conversations on a snow day have created a wave of new materials to bring bioenergetic wellness tools to life through the concepts from Touch for Health, Therapeutic Touch, Tai Chi and Dance. All in one! Needless to say, I am excited to be able to develop this awareness for my students, my colleagues and for the courses, retreats, workshops and special events coming in the next few months.

If you want to learn more….the Article I just created about Centering is on Patreon.com/thekeytohealthwithenergymedicine. If you become a Patron of the program, you are able to see the whole creative process unfolding as program pieces are built and shared through this platform. Here is a little taste of what it can all mean to you…

What are you doing to create change?

If you want to learn more about Therapeutic Touch, there are 3 spaces left for our course February 16th and 17th in Mabou and online. Natascha Polomski and I will be sharing our special program for the Foundations of Therapeutic Touch with an online forum for those who cannot be in Mabou. We are excited to see this new innovation bring people closer to our workshops. Send a message if you want to be a part of making history!

If you are a dance teacher who would love to get behind the power of movement in a way that is for your own innate healing potential, then consider the special retreat happening in July on beautiful Cape Breton Island. There are 8 spaces available for specialized care and learning! Take something unique and personal back to your classrooms for the 2020-2021 season and consider stepping out of your usual learning box!

Lastly, have you ever wanted to dive into Tai Chi in a more indepth way? March 12 – 17th we will be hosting Doug Waines for a unique set of workshops to learn more about the power within the moves of Lok Hup and how that can support and enhance your Tai Chi skills. Begin to expand your awareness about the limitations in your body and let the power of the Tai Chi moves bring you a new sense of peace and joy with the opening you will be able to experience through your efforts. For more information about the Tai Chi workshops please see the attached flyer.

Tai Chi with Master Moy’s passion is to make Tai Chi available to all. Donations are accepted for the workshops based on your own situation. Our instructor, Doug Waines, volunteers his time for travel and instruction for the week to share as Master Moy envisioned.
