2024 Tai Chi Cape Breton Schedule and video

Are you ready to up your game with your wellness plan for 2024?  We have many opportunities coming up for you to put your self-care front and center.

Our Tai Chi Cape Breton program which offers the 108 Moving Meditation, Sabre and Lok Hup with both standing and seated variations will be in Creignish and Inverness for 2024.

Creignish Hall – Thursdays from 6:30 – 8 pm

Inverary Manor – Rodney MacDonald Music Room – Mondays 9 – 11 am.

Classes begin January 4th.  We look forward to welcoming you.  Beginners are welcome!

Also, the CORAH classes will be starting at NSCC Port Hawkesbury from 10 – 11 am in the theatre starting Jan 26th (be sure to register with CORAH and at info@dancedebut.com.

For those in the Judique area there is a special program being offered by CBU for studying dementia.  They will have special programs offered on Thursday afternoons.  The Tai Chi class will be from 1-2 pm starting Jan 25th and every second Thursday until April.  There will be an online class as well.  Stay tuned.
