Tai Chi at the Mabou Farmers Market Aug 14

Join us at the Mabou Farmers Market for a special Tai Chi class on the grass of the arena grounds. We will be there from 9:30 – 10:30 am and will be sharing information about the power of Tai Chi for health and recovery. We offer classes in both standing and seated form, and a chair is welcome if that suits you best.

Tai Chi classes are currently offered in Monday mornings at ICCA 9 – 10:30 am and Wednesday evenings at Creignish hall from 6:30 – 8 pm.

Starting in September there will be an online class launched.

Tai Chi is a way to build energy and vitality for daily use, gain strength, develop flexibility, expand breathing, improve circulation, empower sleeping habits, move fluids through the body, create bone density, sharpen eyesight and hearing, calm emotions, and more. The whole body approach to movement assists with balancing the structure of the body, strengthening the spine and neck function, and the spiral actions help to nourish the organs, and expand movement options. Anyone can do Tai Chi, and all ages and abilities are welcome.

Please reach out if you have any questions, and join us at the Mabou Farmers Market this Sunday.
