Tai Chi at the Inverness County Center for the Arts

Looking for a little something to do for your summer wellness plan? Join us at the Inverness County Center for the Arts on Monday mornings from 9 – 10:30 am for a Tai Chi wellness class. The cost for the summer session is $25 and you can register at class. The first class was held on July 19, and we have July 26, Aug 9, 16, 23, and 30. If the weather is looking good we can play outside too!

For those wishing to participate in our class in Creignish, we are at the community hall there on Wednesday evenings from 6:30 – 8 pm.
