Movement Made Easy Celebrates a Spring Session!

Together we inspire healing and moving with joy!

Here are what some of the participants have to say about the Winter session of Movement Made Easy with the fantastic music of Colin MacLeod of www.celticfiddleguru.com.

“The music was pure joy to have included each week, it made the movements easy to do.”
“Each week I have felt inspired and energized, I love my Wednesday fix.”
“Although I couldn’t attend during the regular time, I watched the recordings each week and was amazed at how good I felt each time.”
“Michelle is so intuitive with her knowledge of the body and how to move, she always finds the spot I need help with each week.”

Colin and Michelle joined forces for the 8-week session and it was a smashing success. In this next session, we add the incredible talents of Brenda Cox and her intuitive harp playing. She has played live for Tai Chi Cape Breton in-person classes for several years and enjoys finding the flow in the music and Celtic tunes to inspire students to move with ease and joy. Online class has been transformed by the enthusiasm of the class as well as the addition of music.

Please join us for the next 8 weeks from March 1 – April 19. 12 pm Atlantic, 8 am Pacific, 4 pm Scotland. We do 45 minutes of exploring movements from Dance and Tai Chi in sitting and standing positions to optimize learning as much about the body, its cues for stress, and changing movement patterns as possible. The cost is $80 for the 8-weeks plus tax and service charges. You can register on Eventbrite.ca

If you can’t attend the time of the class, you have access to the recordings for the duration of the session, and can download the video recordings to continue to explore with them. We want movement options to be accessible to all, and hope that our class inspires you to move more daily.

Have you checked out the podcast recordings that Colin and I did for Be Well with Michelle Greenwell? You can find the video version here and the Podcast version here.
