Lyrical Jazz for Adults

Hello Everyone!  We have two adult classes running this year for Adults Lyrical Jazz.  We have started in Belle Cote on Monday mornings from 9-10 at the Community Hall.  We will be starting in Port Hood this coming week on Wednesday nights from 6:45 – 7:45, we are at Bayview School on the stage.  If you know of anyone who might be interested, please have them check out the class.  It is an excellent way to stretch, move and open up the body.  We are including very special warm-ups to link brain and body connections for better movement patterns, exploring soft and graceful movements that you would find in ballet, while working with expressive, contemporary music.  All ages and abilities are welcome.  Mostly, we are there to have fun!  Please pass the message along.
