Day 58: Setting the Intention to Move. Our thoughts determine what we are capable of. If we believe we cannot do something, it is true. If we believe we can and can bring vision into focus, then the potential increases for greater success. So, how might you be thinking about movement and your success? Let’s explore through the set and some simple exercises.

Today we played with how our thoughts can change the way we experience movement. If we are centered and grounded, this creates a beautiful flow of energy for possibility. Then, we set our mind on the prize and we can complete our goals!
