Winter and Spring Dance, Tai Chi and Qi YINtegration schedule

Full 2018 Winter Spring Sessions

Hello Everyone!  Here is the latest version for the class schedule.  We have February break, March break and Easter within the 16 weeks, and these dates could be adjusted based on winter storms.  I have left some time before the show to add any additional classes we might need, or extra rehearsals based on show needs.  The spring show will be based around the Broadway musical “CATS” and we have started playing with some ideas already.  I will provide more details as we get into the new year.  The costumes will only be one for the show, and where possible we will try to utilize items from home that will build the cat characters.  I will post video footage for the dancers to enjoy and get to know the Broadway theme.

Tai Chi continues as it has and we will have a spring workshop series in April.  The details to this are still being developed.  Beginners are always welcome, and we look forward to helping anyone with a health challenge who is looking for a way to strength their body and open up the tension that may be contributing to their pain.  Please pass the information about our classes to anyone who could benefit, and anyone is welcome to come and try a class at any time.

The Qi YINtegration class has been a huge success over the last two years.  This session we will be exploring the power of symbols and I will be sharing the symbols from Peru and the Nasca Lines.  This will be a fun and interactive opportunity to learn more about symbols, intention and health through Tai Chi movement patterns as well.  Anyone is welcome to join us, and no previous experience is necessary.

The Sound Essence Baths have been a huge hit through the fall with every deepening meditations and results.  We will be posting our events each month as we now service Belle Cote, Mabou, Port Hawkesbury, Antigonish, Truro and Tatamagouche.  Thank you for being a part of this incredible growth and fun time for self- care and self-indulgence!

If you have any questions please do not hesitate to ask.  Workshops are being developed for the spring, and Touch for Health level 1 will be offered in Tatamagouche this month – Dec 13 and 14, as well as in Truro in February.  Stay tuned…
