Tai Chi Workshop with Yvonne Waines

Join us for 3 special workshops this coming week. Yvonne Waines from the West Kelowna Wine Country Tai Chi Society will be sharing her experience with Master Moy’s technique in both the Standing Set and the Sitting Set. Classes include Port Hawkesbury on Sat. June 21 – 12:30 – 2:30 pm, Belle Cote on Mon. June 23 – 10 – 12pm, and Judique on Tues. June 24 – 6:30 – 8:30 pm.
