Tai Chi Cape Breton has a new home at the Inverness Fire Hall

Starting January 24th, the Inverness group will be meeting at the Inverness Fire Hall. The class will be from 9 – 11 am. For those still needing to pay their membership dues for this 4-month session, it is $65.

The Inverness County Center for the Arts was unable to secure funding to keep the doors open year-round this year. They will be closed until later in the spring as they prepare for the summer season. We wish them the very best as they put their plans in place for another great season of performances and opportunities. We were blessed to be looking at the ocean each week and enjoying our spacious room.

For those who have been thinking about a wellness plan for 2023, consider how the power of Tai Chi and the fun of the group could be supporting you each week. We have class in Inverness and Thursday nights at the Creignish hall from 6:30 – 8 pm. For those unable to get to a class we have the online class Movement Made Easy on Wednesdays from 12 – 12:45 pm.
