Movement Made Easy is coming to Port Hood!

Have you ever considered that the habits you have created are holding you, prisoner, in stiff joints, pain spots, limited mobility, or strength? Our life experiences can create postures and movements that are not supporting our frames and our skills as we get older. Join Michelle Greenwell, as she brings forward a powerful and inspiring class that will have you thinking differently about your posture, flexibility, strength, and movements. Incorporating tools from Tai Chi, dance, and the healing arts, she will be using her latest skills from her doctoral degree in Complementary and Integrative Health. This is a class you won’t want to miss. Your recipe for well-being and personalized attention to the most specific needs of your body.

Michelle will offer both standing and seated versions for all the activities. Please bring a water bottle with you.
