Day 90: Coordination of the breath with the thymus gland

Day 90: Coordination of the breath with the thymus gland to support the immune system will be explored with the circular motions of Tai Chi. As well the connection of C7 and T2 to create power in the arms and extension of the neck. These points are a part of our ability to manifest and align for a sense of peace throughout. They are known as the “all-tendon” control points. We will explore through micro-movements today.

We have the choice to make the difference for our body. When we move with purpose and awareness we have the opportunity to create ease of flow to support the spine and line it up without any effort. This is much easier than trying to remember to sit or stand properly at all times. This is with effort. No effort is much easier to achieve and sustain!
