for the opportunity to share tips and tools for self-care in her “Digestive Reboot Program”. As much as I know movement to heal the body is powerful, it was an absolute delight to watch the whole group release the tension in their neck and backs, gain new awareness about their feet and posture, and for the excruciating head pain felt by one student – to see her glowing and pain-free in just a few minutes with NeuroVascular Points and Postural Reflexes. I wish the group the greatest success for their wins with their digestive health and well-being overall through Dr. Winter’s specialized program.
