There are so many incredible advantages to being in a Tai Chi class.  Most people come for the exercise, and then they realize that Tai Chi is more than that.  It begins to realign the posture and bring balance to the structure, but it also improves circulation, massages the heart and organs, opens the joints, deepens the breath, and it clears the mind.  Clearing the mind is something very powerful in a day and age when we have so much stimulus all around us.
