Tai Chi for Health Classes begin September 10th

Tai Chi is a soft, slow rejuvenating exercise that allows the muscles and the tendons in the body to relax and stretch alternately.  Regular Tai Chi practice can assist in Health Management (present health maintained, hands and feet will be warmer, sleep is deeper and more restful), Health Improvement (more energy and a sharper mind, joints more flexible, and better appetite), and Health Recovery (pain will lessen, medication will work better, feelings of lightness and happiness will increase).  And, Tai Chi can be practiced anywhere, anytime.  It an be practiced standing, sitting and in a wheel chair.
