The Tai Chi schedule for the fall is still a work in progress. I will not be teaching a regular dance program as I did before Covid, so I am currently working on what that means to my schedule and for traveling. The fall will begin with the two classes currently running for Tai Chi and will have additional classes offered for Qi YINtegration, as well as special workshops like the Sound Essence Bath, Touch for Health, Raising BioEnergetic Awareness, and adult dance. I am sorry that the schedule prior to the pandemic cannot continue as it was, but I am hoping to fill the requests that adults have for movement and well-being. Thank you everyone for your patience, support, and inspiration to see Tai Chi running and thriving for as many as possible.

The fall fees will be collected the first week of September for the Tai Chi Cape Breton classes:
Mondays – Inverness County Center for the Arts – 9 – 11 am (9 – 10 Tai Chi, 10 – 10:30 Sabre, 10:30 – 11:00 Lok Hup) $65 Sept – Dec
Wednesdays – Creignish Hall 6:30 – 8 pm (6:30 – 7:30 Tai Chi, 7:30 – 7:45 Sabre, 7:45 – 8:00 Lok Hup) $65 Sept – Dec
Just a reminder that members of Tai Chi Cape Breton can go to either class at no additional charge, and there is a discount for those wanting to add the online class Movement Made Easy.
