Sound Essence Baths in February

Ready to rejuvenate and nourish yourself from the inside out with the singing bowls, gongs, and chimes? The addition of the Sound Essences misting over you with all the beautiful smells from the essential oils is exquisite. We are in Port Hawkesbury at the Civic Center in the Shannon Room on Saturday afternoon from 3 – 4:30 pm and in Mabou at the Old Manse in Hillsborough from 3 – 4:30 pm. The cost is $25 and you can pre-register by emailing info@dancedebut.com. A pillow, blanket and mat will have you ready to let go, breathe deeply and enjoy being pampered.
