This week I was delighted to receive the news that my publication : My Little Black Book of Qi:  Qi YINtegration Set 1 received a Bronze Medal at the Living Now Book Awards.  The recognition for the hard work and dedication of both myself in creating the material, but my students in gifting me all the special lessons that brought the techniques together.  It was also with their encouragement to want to share the techniques with others that I completed the book and the 11 videos that accompany the book.  This was a true labor of love as well as the basis for my Thesis project on my Energy Kinesiology Master’s Degree.  With seven sets in the series, there will be more to come.  For now, if you haven’t held the simple and effective movement lessons in your hands….now is the time!  The e-book as well as the hardcover are both available in the store, along with all the videos to help you learn how to move with more energy and vitality!
