Help With Downloads

If you’re a little fuzzy on how to save your purchase, here are some options:

  1. Right-click(CTRL-click on Mac) on the file link in your receipt email and select the “Save as…” option
    1. in Firefox and Chrome, this is “Save link as”, in Internet Explorer, it is “Save target as…”
  2. Click on the link in your receipt email to open the file in your internet browser
    1. Open your browser’s file menu found somewhere at the top of the screen
      1. Press “Save page” or “Save page as”
    2. Press both the CTRL and S keys at the same time to activate your browser’s “Save page” command


If the link doesn’t take you to your file:

  1. your link has expired
    1. clicking on the link opens a page in your browser that says “Sorry but your download link has expired.”
