Help With Downloads
If you’re a little fuzzy on how to save your purchase, here are some options:
- Right-click(CTRL-click on Mac) on the file link in your receipt email and select the “Save as…” option
- in Firefox and Chrome, this is “Save link as”, in Internet Explorer, it is “Save target as…”
- Click on the link in your receipt email to open the file in your internet browser
- Open your browser’s file menu found somewhere at the top of the screen
- Press “Save page” or “Save page as”
- Press both the CTRL and S keys at the same time to activate your browser’s “Save page” command
- Open your browser’s file menu found somewhere at the top of the screen
If the link doesn’t take you to your file:
- your link has expired
- clicking on the link opens a page in your browser that says “Sorry but your download link has expired.”
