Day 80: Finding Comfort in Moving. Today we will continue exploring the movements that flow from feet to knees, to hips to body to shoulders. As we do this, we are reminded that anything that feels uncomfortable or different is a pattern that your body is not recognizing. As we are looking for the place of relaxation, this is often a way to determine where tension and balance has been sitting in the body. As we move today, let yourself explore the movements and relax even if you don’t feel good at what you are doing. Time will bring that comfort forward.
