Day 60: Carry the Tiger

Day 60: Carry the Tiger in your arms and Return to the Mountain. This is a move that we have repeated many times, but today we will talk about the intention of the move. This changes the mechanics of the move and transforms it towards goals and aspirations outside of your Tai Chi and Lok Hup.
