Day 57: Breathing into the movements and creating a flow. Focus today will be to work with the movements to create the ebb and flow of breathing in a way that brings focus, centering and grounding. As well, a way to do things outdoors in a Tai Chi way with ease and flow. Let’s get ready to be in the garden and walking in nature.
