Tai Chi is what we make of it. Our practice and dedication to it determines what we will learn and grow out of it. Have fun taking your practice from the basic structure to the internal workings and the open flow of energy. All in all, we are looking for relaxation and a balance of flow with deep breathing to allow our body to find its innate healing potential.
