Day 16: Find the Pause in the Movement, and Move from the Belly

Day 16: Movement from the center. Exploring the moves from Day 15, we will focus on what it feels like to move from the center rather than the hands or the feet. We will also explore the last energy theme – AHN (pronunciation spelling). That pause before expansion begins. We will explore this both seated and standing.
