Day 104: Walking on air

Day 104: Walking on air. Today we will explore how to make the movements float, and how our thoughts on walking can change the way we perceive effort. The feet have so much to tell us about movement, and our intention to be light and free in our movements can change action as well. We will explore the concepts through movements as well that come from the different sets.
