Classes coming in 2021

As we all get ready to spend a little more time at home this winter, it is the time to consider gifting yourself some fun, friendship, health and wellness. Dance classes for youth are still not feasible at this time, so keep following the posts for when the opportunities open up. I will be offering the newly released “Therapeutic Touch for Families” course in January. This is something great to do with the kids.

Dance classes online for adults will be announced in a few weeks. Everything is a work in progress as halls and school opportunities change. As soon as a new class is possible, it will be posted.

Tai Chi is currently offered in Port Hawkesbury and Mabou. Other facilities are still not available or feasible. More details to come here as well.
