Touch for Health in the Dance Class

One of my greatest challenges has been to integrate my Touch for Health
knowledge with my expertise in teaching dance. Working with children who have
just learnt how to walk, up to adults in their senior years, I have seen all kinds of
challenges with dancing bodies and willing minds.
The first exercise and easiest technique to demonstrate is the gait reflexes.
Before my dancers put their shoes on they warmup their feet with a quick rub. I
have my dancers rub the gait reflexes on the tops of their feet between the
bones, as well as the sides of the feet…
