Day 9: Sabre!

Day 9: Playing with the Sabre and opening the spine with seated and standing. Let’s have some fun with the props today. I love working with the movements that engage spinal and limb rotations to squeeze the bone, boost the immune system, improve circulation and enhance bone marrow. Isn’t that a grand list?! Lots of research today to share in the coming days. Thanks for working at your level and to your ability. 40% effort only if you have an injury or pain.
